| 2007 E E O Report Placed in public file April 1, 2008 Elizabethtown CBC dba/ WRZI WTHX WKMO WIEL WXAM Elizabethtown, KY General 1.There was one (1) full time position filled during the reporting period of April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008. A. Full time Account Executive 2. In the search for the full time Account Executive there were radio ads run during Oct, Nov, Dec of 2007. The Company participated in the Kentucky Broadcasting Associations Virtual Career Fair June 11-15, 2007 and supplemented that with 45 radio commercials on each of its radio stations (total 220). In the search process we also advised our full time employees to advise if they were aware of any candidates for the position. 3. There was one full time Account Executive hired on January 4, 2008 from the two candidates interviewed. Recruitment Initiatives 1. Participated in KBA Virtual Career Fair (June 11-15, 2007) facilitated by CBC Regional Manager Tom Rogers. 2. Participated in Elizabethtown and Radcliff Chamber of Commerce Career Fairs 3. EEO Public Service Announcements were broadcast in April and June, 2007. 4.Ran continous “help wanted” radio campaign on all Elizabethtown radio stations during Oct, Nov, Dec of 2007. |
